The current leadership at the FRA needs to be investigated something strange is going on there.

Remember, it's Congress who writes the laws/regulations and the FRA administers them. Many times during the interview, the FRA chief wanted to say "That's your job Congress, you need to change the tules if you don't like them, I only administer them..."
