I was told about base going to $18 and cap $24.30. I am 30 cents below the base now. My GM said she doesnt know if I'll just get bumped up to the $18 or if I'll get more for being a 15 year lead. She said she finds out on Monday what everyone's exact pay will be. If I only go to base then that means a lead that has been with the company 6 weeks will be making what I make. Doesnt seem fair. Anyone actually know for sure?

Membership Lead is being eliminated. Just a hint if you're able to do door breaks, club pick up, gas station breaks, run for the front end ext. There is no need for your actual position, you're being pushed around to areas that are short handed.
If this doesn’t show how the company doesn’t care about experience and knowledges from long term experience I don’t know what does.
Our bakery TL will make more in one day than we do in sales from baked items on a weekday. Great idea.

If you know you are making less than base, and you do nothing about it, then you deserve all the abuse they dish out.
Even better actually. A lead being hired now would get $18 base pay and then any applicable job credits. So they could be looking at $19-$20 starting pay while you’re stuck at $18 until 2021.
Im sure you go to the $18. Im slightly over base so i dont get a thing. It doesnt matter if you have 20 years or a month of time you go to the base
From my I understanding if you already over that amount you stay at that amount until your next raise. Yes we have been here longer no more and get no raise. if the cap has gone up you will get a raise where before you didn't when it comes around. You should go up to 18
Well the membership leads get no raise at all the only leads that got NO RAISE! Membership leads are expected to go out in the field, do orientation,club pick up,door,cashier and help in every single department of the club a d then get a slap in the face with no raise get continue to do the same work or more!
