Hanging in there until Nov. just to pay for a few thing around my house, then it's bye, bye s---ers , I will never give them my business either . Who knows I might go to Costco also since its a mile from my house, oh yeah so is Sams.! Maybe part time if they will hire an older but hard working person who knows maybe just full retirement .
The Costco board on here has just about the same issues.
I really wonder why people believe Costco is better. Is it really? Or is it really any different?
Left a while ago. In a union now and all of my benefits are paid for. Not as much stress and with people that appreciate your hard work. Glad I am gone and never went back not even to shop.
I was a long term associate and made well over 22.00 an hour at Sams Club but the Sams Club I knew and loved is gone! It’s extremely sad but it is what it is. Rolled over my 401k and now building another at Costco. Bye Bye
Oh the young bucks who continue to take up for a company that is cut throat. Your time will come. Its a shame how some put this company in front of God and Family
to feed there ego because they think they matter to this company.
Stay at Sam's for that $22.00 an hour and enjoy all the extra stress they are going to give you for that money. Not worth my health and mental well being .. nevermind losing time my family. Was a COS till 4 months ago , my health was the reason. When you tell your club mgr you need reg breaks and lunch by a certain time (insulin dependant ). But he does not care when you call him for a break or lunch and he says I have nobody to cover you ....time ta go. My old club lost every COS they had within 2months of me leaving ...now down to TL and 1new COS ....SORRY NOT SORRY .
Leave now if you can. I've been gone 3 months no stress and no BS anymore. Life is great. Enjoy your raise now they will use you and abuse you even more. While your working horrible schedules and working yours butts off they are sitting back living in luxury. The culture of the company and the 3 basic beliefs are no longer practiced
