That phone rings on my day off to come help out or membership is calling because they have a question about a promo, it's all going straight to voicemail. I will listen to it on Monday once I clock back in. If marketing isnt worth giving a raise to then it's not worth my personal time to answer. They can go ask the mss, that pay raise is gonna come with the responsibility of doing my job when I'm not there. Conference call during my lunch time? Mss can handle that too. I am very happy that they are getting this raise but I refuse to go above and beyond any more.
