Lol about fresh being profit drivers. Once you take out damages and payroll that isn’t even remotely true.

The GM is failing u if you dont know what to do. All of it is broken down, as someone posted above. Dont feel like the switch is effective unless we can open later like Costco. 4-7 is not enough time. Really 4-6:30. It WILL put more lift drivers on the sales floor in the AM/PM, which SHOULD prevent from pulling from fresh for these tasks, as fresh IS the profit driver of the clubs...

Our manager put a carp load on the pic list for the morning..only 4 people to stock ..two drove forks but had to run the dock do drops and stock..all that and piled on other tasks via plan it notes..half of what was stocked did not need it..chaos that only the workers have to suffer..

That 5 page breakdown on what to do can be used to wipe your arse with, it is worthless and was drawn up by people who never worked a day in there life on the sales floor and have no clue how long it takes to do anything. As less stocking gets done your club will start to look pretty bad. As stated before that dumb--s phrase we use to have to hear UNCOMFORTABLY FULL we no longer have to hear. What made that phrase worse was when all the a-- kissers used it to try to make themselves look good to the dumb--ses that came up with it. It will take a few weeks for your club to figure out what is going to work and what each crew is going to be responsible for and no matter what decisions are made each crew will think the other one is not doing enough.

We had 5 people on the 3pm shift. No direction on what needs to be done. It’s gonna be a total disaster when the holidays come. Management and the leads have no idea how long it takes to do certain things. Everything to them should only take 10min. 830pm hit and everyone looked confused as to what needed to be done. Horrible planning.

It was bad as can be here. This is going to sink the company entirely.

Lol’d at the post on the wire with people having 13-15 ppl on their morning stock. We had 4 and 2 had to do club pickup 4-7.

There was a 5+ page breakdown of what to do hour by hour. Tell your GM and former overnight ASM to get your people in line.

No direction at 6am on what to do. Some stood around some swept and some crushed cardboard. Didn’t look like they got much stocked honestly.
