Why are so many people worried about what other associates and leads are making. Just worry about your own money. If you been with the company for 20+ years and you’re hurt about not getting a raise thats your fault for being with the company so damn long. The truth is that these are the changes that the company is making NOW and we just need to accept it and move forward. If you want more pay become a fresh lead or any other lead.

I think everyone should be paid better, I been with the company for 7-8 years and I don't even make 12 an hour, I'm trying to get out of the company myself bc now they bring ppl in making more then me, and I earned my wages from the bottom, and the ones coming in making pretty good still are not staying so what that tell you. the loyal associate's are treated like c-ap.
We get .02 percent raise and they call the a raise on tv and in the media.

Enjoy those raises. They're prepping you to a be a manager. An hourly manager with only the pto you earn. A manager with only that sorry quarterly bonus like every other hourly. All the stress, none of the perks. Oh and none of the help from fellow hourlies since home office has ensured a lot of tension and animosity and resentment directed at you.

Exactly. step up and earn your raise and the long term people you blew by because you happened to be in a job the company is under the impression is currently important will have no problem accepting it.
But you sit around fail to figure out your production planning and demand everyone outside of fresh drive to drop your pallets and it’s going to be rough for all clubs.
It’s a bad wedge home office is driving between its associates at an absolutely horrible time to do it.
Short term people must be dumb..they do not understand that one day they will be long term...
I personally am happy that everyone is getting raises...congratulations. now maybe you will do what your suppose to and quit coming to this long term associate for help. I wasnt gifted my pay.....it was earned
