We need employees when the store is opened.We had long lines all day .One opening cos one closing. Members complaining all day.I wish the home office would visit clubs after their stupid ideas .It was a sh-- show today .Why do we need cashiers four hours before the club opens and three hours after it closes.It was a disaster.

Skills and experience don't matter anymore they want you to clean restroom too. What the hell I would say just work for pay check and forget about any loyalty or member service
It makes no sense to have cashiers stocking the f---ing clubs. First poster is correct we needed these people at 10 am. Members aren’t in the club at closing. Disappointed in how this sh-- is working out.
Because we all are doing stocking,sweeping,moping, doing “go backs” or anything else.
Sad.
