The faster they fire the rebadged, the more money they will save.

Anyone who thinks the rebadged are safe because the work is ‘super duper hard’ is an id--t.

Think it depends what organization you work in. Based on the PowerPoint it would seem GIS admin jobs are going to be moved in the next 12 months but that makes sense since Xerox already has similar positions working out of Guatemala.

For the other orgs that rebadged it doesnt seem anytime soon or at all. From what I can see they will just run the teams as is and look for ways to reduce headcount or cut jobs that are not needed and that's how they will make their money on the deal.

We were one of the first groups to true up and now have targets in place and havent heard from HCL ever since. But it also seems they are overwhelmed with all the employees and different jobs they took on and will be a while before they figure out what they are doing.

Hope for the best but PREPARE for the worst!

In this situation that probably means you need to get your job search strategy in motion.

I think it will be earlier than the projected dates from the leaked document. This is so they can begin paying less of a salary to their own off shored employees than they do to us. It will save them a lot more money in the long run.

Was a set rotating schedule originally based on the docs "accidently" released. No one knows what the real schedule is at this point.
