I used to be a Marketing Lead. You have to stick together an Boycott or Protest against your raise. Sam’s clubs will continue to do whatever unless you take a Stand. They don’t care about what you’re doing in the field. If they only knew what you’re doing they would have considered giving the Marketing Team Leads Raises. I feel sorry for All Marketing Leads!!!. To Sam’s Club you guys are worthless. You must take a STAND!!!

looking elsewhere already, I am doing everything any other team lead on the front end does my schedule is not a block they use me to fill in any shift. and any department that is short. For what I have not been allowed to do a blitz in months but they expect me to get the numbers anyway. Just thought I would be able to hang on until they had to fire me, but I know a force out when I am in one.
Well obviously they do have something planned for marketing. Why they are waiting and haven’t done anything with you , with the rest of the club is curious. What would be there reason ? Whatever it is , I’m sure there is no severance.

It's crazy how many times things need to be spelled out.
THERE WILL BE NO MORE MARKETING LEAD SOON. That is why you did not get a raise. Protest all you want. The position will be absorbed into another position so that won't have to offer severance. You gotta accept it and move on. The place s---s. If you can't adapt then you need to hunt for another job. That's the plain truth.
Obviously the position will be eliminated. Sad that the company waited until other lead positions are filled and leaves no options for the membership lead except to leave. So sad. Even jewelry leads were transitioned to merch leads.

Take a stand Marketing Leads. Reading all this c-ap is definitely b---s---. My brother is a Marketing Lead at Sam’s Club. He was aggravated an frustrated at this mess. Currently he is looking for another job. They lost a Great investment at Sam’s Club. Good luck Protest!!!! an I will let him know about this post.
There will be no protest. Just read on here a week or so how many would be calling in yesterday and im betting the only ones who called in or the chumps who call in on a regular basis anyway and burn there coworkers. Nothing to protest your job is about to be eliminated. They not going to give you a leads raise to be a cashier or work at the membership desk when they eliminate your position
