The reason why member service associates are hesitant about doing the upgrade is because you have to do the Auto-enroll program. Meaning that payroll will be deducting the membership from your paycheck.
There is no option for Sam's associate only associates meaning all of Walmart Inc. So if the desk upgrades you to plus you just signed away part of your check have fun getting that money back.
You can go to anybody MSS or desk assoc and they can help you fix it i did it for an assoc yesterday

I was told it is going in phases. Your Membership Lead who didn’t get a raise can fix if if they aren’t doing the other Lead’s job at the time. Good luck. Maybe the Leads will learn how to do it so they can help you.
