Been with this company 23 years, and we use to get merit raises all the time plus regular raises those were the days. Also if you had been here so long " I got Grandfather" in you also got $1.00 more an hour if you worked on Sundays. I have always worked Fri., Sat., Sun., since I was hired until this new schedule can out and I finally now get Sunday's & Monday's off. When you work in bakery it's almost impossible to get a weekend off, way to busy.

Still have people thinking “illuminated” is the word they are looking for when a job is phased out.
Long term associates make more then the recent team leads do. Even with their raise. Some don't want it, stepped down knowing that the jobs soon will be illiminated like they have been in the past. Now some sh-- back and laugh watching you sink.
The long term associates had an opportunity to put in for team lead but didn’t want it because it was too much hard work for the pay. Now they are p-ss-d because the company wants to retain TL’s and surely eliminate several assistant manager positions by giving raises to associates who can actually make a living wage for their families? Yes some TLs have less experience and seniority. You are not a union shop so seniority means ZERO DUH! Shut up and sit the hell down.
Quit, wait six months, and then get rehired. Then you're the new guy.
When any zit-faced punk coming out of high school can do your job, you can’t expect bonuses or raises. Step into reality.
As I put in another post. It's part of the plan. Make us work weekends eliminated some folks then give less tenured people more money than us so we get p-ss-d and leave. They will just keep coming up with things to make us quit.
That should tell you something, job ability they don’t care all about the dollar
It's not fair at all. I was told the company is giving raises to invest in the associates, my response was, but not the long term associates. I can't believe the company could care less about the associates who have the work ethics and dedication. The writing is on the wall, time to move on, it's what they want anyway.
Nope 20 years. Will be making less than miss who have only been here a few years. Also have to work every Friday Saturday and Sunday
