Are the “older people” you speak of in LCO or MCO?
People are being reassigned and moving to other floors and new positions. One floor is a ghost town now with only a handful of people left that were unproductive before all of this started. Mostly older people who can’t handle change and can’t get any work accomplished because they are too busy socializing, trying as they may, to fit in with the younger crowd. I am curious what their plans are for these people?

My boss personally gave me a letter, everyone should have received a letter. Sounds like your boss is just lazy.
So did anyone else have to find out about salary “adjustments” on workday? When were those “letters” sent out?
