34 open positions at our club and counting. I am the only person assigned to my department and am supposed to have 2 days off in a row. My department will be trashed!
No one to cover the door last week and GM says “oh well” so no one was covering the door. Everyone quitting ! Tired of the trash they are hiring off the streets for supervisor rolls. Not a lot of hiring within. Sams Club is sinking people !!
Our store had our one cart boy scheduled at 6 also a door person and 2 or 3 cashiers. Talk about a waste of payroll. All those people there with absolutely no direction or supervision. It was ridiculous.

Get use too it... it's the New Sam's Club...
6220 was in disarray too with only three people scheduled on the floor from noon till 4pm on the 22nd (Saturday), and only 1 floor associate the following Sunday during the same timeframe. Talk about a skeleton crew during the peak hours of our busiest days. RIP Store Morale.
