Management waits till the last minute to say important information, they are horrid at keeping a time table for products. Then they want to push for the job to get done last minute and we don’t even have the parts, in stock to complete. They let equipment go out all half done with no regard even after you show them.

Why sit there and complain. Either you become a manager and make a change, or go find another job.
What location? Just in general or Brandt. Yeah they’re the worst.
The plant I work at pays an outside vendor twice as much to do part as we could do it for. When made aware of this the person in charge of this said, this doesn’t concern you! NOV keeps paying double for a job. Is it stupidity or corruption? His superior knows also, both are getting paid!
You hit the nail on the head! Why wait until the last minute repeatedly? The people responsible never face the consequences!
