The best I can tell anyone working for Walmart or Sam’s club is to start looking for other jobs. They are overhauling their business to benefit the shareholders. T

hey are not people oriented like they use to be. It’s all bs and you can see by the recent layoffs of the Personnel team in Sam’s club. Don’t get comfy Walmart yours is next.

They want to beat Amazon so bad but are losing their talent to Amazon. Sure terminate or eliminate the people who dedicated their entire lives to their company and this is the thanks they get. Smh!!

I am done with Walmart I have family and friends who gave their all and now regret it. Oh and department managers you’re next.

I worked for Sams well over 25 years. I was smart and purchased stock and contributed a fair amount to my 401k. Quit last month due to all the BS. Rolled over my 401k and now it is working for me !! Life is good 👍🏻

Walmart got rid of their PTCs and accountants ages ago.

Sam's Clubs are now being sized up to see which ones will be the best for Distribution Centers.

Yeah, don't give your "all" to any company. Companies have no beating hearts, no emotions, no understanding. Companies are not alive. Companies are incapable of caring. It's a place where you spend a few hours a day trading physical labor for money. You're real life is at home. That's where you give your all. To your life outside the Club. To your family and friends.
