So why was membership lead excluded from the raise ? All leads got raises except membership something definitely is not right with this company

Don’t know what club you’re from but I’ve been asked to take many roles in my club and work various hours other then scheduled shift
I’m a Membership Lead and took on more responsibilities. So let’s not assume that we didn’t. More responsibilities no raise. Is that fair or not?
First fresh leads and floor leads have no schedules that rotate with each other please get your facts right, some people on here want to know what is exactly happening. There is 2 am floor leads and 2 pm floor leads and those are the leads that carry keys. The am schedules rotate and pm rotate with each other and has nothing to do with fresh. All fresh leads rotate among themselves unless they are not following the new company guidelines which may very well be happening. Rumor has it marketing lead is going away so they did not want to give a raise out to a position that is going away because most get to keep there pay when a position is eliminated. All other leads got raises I believe if someone else didn't share that info.
Because absolutely every other lead has been affected by the new day stocking program except the Membership Lead.
Floor leads now carry keys and try to coordinate the chaos.
Fresh leads also carry keys and switch back and forth with floor leads on open/close.
TBC is preparing to transition into the new Sam's Garage and all the changes that will come with that.
Checkout Supervisors also follow block scheduling and can no longer be PT.
Membership is exempt from every change. They still work their same hours and have not had to re-arrange their lives. Nor have they had to adapt to new responsibilities.
Membership is not the only lead that didn't get a raise other leads didn't get a raise also.
