What did your store do for employees that had unused points when the company switched over to reliability? I thought it was to be a week long celebration..

Hey manager...you can hide in the offices all day and not set foot in your area. I dont know what you all do all day other than look at your phone and make unnecessary lists..
We had a nice little lunch and certificates. Nothing fancy but it was nice to be acknowledged. The celebration was to happen sometime during the week, not the entire week.
Nothing at all, not even a mention outside of insite.
I get it, it’s a huge accomplishment to have 75+ attendance credits. But I’m a sales manager. We don’t have attendance credits. That’s because showing up for work on time is part of the job. We shouldn’t have to celebrate people for simply doing their job.
