What in the hell is going on? 2 girls who hired in less than a year ago and got COS positions due to the fact that they took a full time position and split it into 2 part time positions just couldn’t keep their mouths shut and have been bragging to everyone in club that they now make $18 an hour and are full time. I took a pay cut to go full time, worked there for 6 years, bust my a-- and make just a tad over $11 an hour. Is this a joke to get us to quite so the profit margin goes up for the big wigs!!!

$18 BUCKS AN HOUR IS NOW THE STARTING PAY? At a 2% yearly raise they will only have to work 5 yrs to match my pay, and it took me 27!
It's no secret.. or cm announced it in morning meeting.. that should of been one on one and not thrown in everyone's face
Let them take the $18 an hour and have to deal shortcoming with their scheduling.
Yesssss we have big mouth people speak on the fact that they will be making $18 or more an hour and most of them less then 3; years in the company. Am not hating on the money nor the ones that getting it , I'm not running after money bc all money ain't good money. Means: selling my soul for money, bc everyone aren't LEADER, NOR DO THEY NO HOW TO LEAD😁 so telling people to go after a position just for money is not fair. I'm okay with what I do just wanna be paid fairly for it
But then we deal with a lot of favoritism in our club
And also the men are favorite more. When u work with Leader that doesn't know how to treat people nor how to lead it makes your job hard. Our manager have the worst attitude and smart mouth, they sit in office all day and never on time for work, communication is horrible and they re never on the same page about anything. Not even this new shift..

So instead of b--ching, try working your way into one of those positions. #1 way to get one of those positions, not b--ching.
Go poke around in the Bakery that $18 is paltry compared to what they are getting and no differential just straight pay.
