i have been with the company for years they don't care about LOYALTY new people making !18 an hour i been there for almost 10 an not even making 13 they s--- can' t keep help no one what to work there no future any more the rich get richer all they do is take from the people who BUILT them its not what SAM WALTON wanted all the big one fall an so will sams an walmart i thnk that what they want!! an it working!! NO ONE WHAT TO WORK THERE TO MANY CHIEFS HI PAID 2 percent dont"t get it you s--- rich get richer i shop at KROGER always help!! GO CASCO!! they know how to run a great store i have friend that work for them an love i us to!! do not work for sams they do not care about there people!!

10 years and not even making $13? I’d say you’ve just made some poor choices. It’s not the company’s fault you haven’t set higher goals and achieved them.
I’ve been with the company 13 years and make over $20. Why? Because I set goals, moved up when possible and learned each area because I WANTED TO!
I deserve my pay as do all the others who've EARNED it!
