Not everyone who wasn’t marketing team lead got a raise.
Same here buddy!! People can squabble all they want about what membership team leads don’t do but I know I bust my rump. It sickens me to see how hard I work for nothing. On top of nothing. But the writing is on the wall. So I know what they feel my worth is. I’m just hurt!! Been with the company so so long and lost so much physically and people have come in within five years and make what I make now. Just sad that my hard work doesn’t and hasn’t paid off.

Me. This makes the third time for me to get passed over for a raise when others got bumped up to the new "base" pay. I have even gone two years with no raise due to already being at the cap. It's a load of c-ap. The cap is raised so now I can get my 2% along with everyone else. Yeah, that seems fair.. Not!
