How your Clubs are doing with all PTC Functions since PTCs are Gone?
Our Club is Lost ,Nobody knows How to Hire new associates,our managers don't even know how to take care of associates,we have Question but No answers,Nobody is doing employee of the month anymore ,Missing Children hasn't been Changed since April and alot more

Couldn't agree more. Our club is lost just like all the rest. Nobody knows anything. You ask a question and don't get an answer. Everything has gone to sh**. Our club manager and assistants still reach out to our ptc, and she doesn't even work there. How embarrassing!
OMG, Walmart here. Your CM's are a pain in the .... Transferred associates can't get things out. If your CM would just ask us on Walmart side, we could tell them how to do certain things. Their snotty responses are an issue. I wish those PTC's were still there! At least they knew what to do!
Associates reaching their anniversary are missing out on benefits... Team Leads are not getting with their associates about the benefits they are newly eligible for..
Former PTC here saw a lot of c-ap in my old club today. Cbl list from March still up children's missing board not updated was sad. I was a 26 year associate I took severance and got another job. Can't believe how hard I was working with no gratitude. Should have left long time ago but glad I stayed for severance paid 25k+ for them to tell me to hit the road. Saw a lot of these changes coming watch out lots of this part to be outsourced for sure

Our CM STILL calls our old ptc! No joke!
In my club they have it under control.
Yup they covered up that little window slit and put a Do Not Disturb sign on the managers door. Same for what was the PTC office.
Plus no morning meetings.
Yup this is what is knowing as the ostrich move.
Everything I ask they just tell me to search the wire. Might as well not even talk to them because they don’t know anything.
They should have never let them go! Worst move ever!
