It is true that UP does not owe us any employment but it does owe us a safe working environment. With PSR, production, shareholders and efficiency supersede safety as we have seen more and more employee accidents and rail accidents. This will get worse and worse, putting Communities and employees at risk with the furlough of thousands of employees. One employee is doing the job of 2 and sometimes 3. FRA is doing nothing to stop this corruption. Please contact your congressional representatives to put and end to this corruption, before it is too late for our communities.

Already too late, it’s called corruption
They ain’t going to do nothing about it. And news stations and/or outside people don’t care either. Before I worked here I had no clue about track/car/locomotive inspections and I’ll bet most anybody else will say the same.
