How is UnitedHealth on the list of thirty companies that are hiring like crazy in June? Haven't we been having regular layoffs - including this month??? So what's going on here? Who are we hiring?

Claims is in Ireland. Director of clinical services which oversees A&G is in Texas. She runs it for the entire country. They laid off 110 almost 2 weeks ago out or M&R Part C. They were given severance packages
We're mostly hireing customer service reps. It's the same every year. We layoff like crazy when APE is over, and hire more as we approach the next APE
I've also seen an pretty significant increase in growing telesales agents this year. Lol. I'm pretty sure they have realized their gravey train is about to run dry.
