How is club pickup going at your clubs with the new scheduling and job codes? Not going well at our club. We are behind from the time we open. We have 10 orders per time slot starting at 7 until 12. Our busiest days are Monday through Friday when we have the least coverage.

Put Club Pick Up back up front where people can take care of the member:
Who actually does the order.
Who box orders, not haphazardly dump stuff in carts, For the love of Pete, who sits Pepsi on top of eggs and shred cheeses?! Who?!
Who doesn't know to put freezer stuff in the freezer and cooler stuff in the cooler?
On and on and on.......
Ohio here our club is a Disaster it’s dirty and the shelves are empty! The night crew come in and drop stuff in the middle of the isles and leave it! Members are saying they won’t renew! Gee Homeoffice ya think ya screwed up? Get rid of the people that worked and did the jobs they were hired for and not bother to train replacements. Oh and let’s make people choose between life and work! Great idea? just sayin
“They should have grouped club pickup with membership desk not carts. Have one person pull and one person dispense.” I thought the same thing. Why, when Sam’s club finally gets something really good, does the company screw it up?
Our CM will not let the floor merchandisers pull the orders, but won't hire anyone to help. She continues to say the floor will pull, but won't let them. ??? It has become a disaster and almost all of the orders are late. A lot of upset members... With the block schedule, lack of help, this has become a disaster.
Today was the worst. Got to work at 7 am. Told the floor associates couldn't do club pickups today. And I should do them. At 7am I'm already behind. No other club pick associates here. Seriously, this is stupid.
We still have the same people pulling club pick up orders. Our GM isn’t making them do carts at all.
Florida here and it’s a disaster. Used to have two associates that took care of club pickup full time and the program rocked...part timers filled the gaps.
Now the people pulling can’t finish so old club pickup people have to help, which in turn makes the front end side slip.

And no, the irony of the same people assigned to do click n pull everyday isn’t lost on us.
Kentucky here. Let’s see, the powers-that-be assigned two merchandising associates to fill the orders. It’s a cluster. No one takes care of expired/canceled orders. Item-not-found is commonplace. They don’t label orders. I don’t see it lasting, but I am enjoying the show. Place is so dirty. I won’t buy food here now. Seen a roach crawling on the floor tonight. Yuck.
