I’m a Meat Lead. Not to take anything away from all the other positions in the Clubs Now I understand most Team Leads in the clubs carry the heavy load when it comes to delivering results. However it would have been a good idea to have all the Leads getting raises to re interview for their position with the Market Manager to see if they are worth it. There is a lot of under performing Leads out there and there is a lot of eager associates that want to prove their worth in a leadership role. Clubs need more servant leaders that put their teams first.

They shouldn't have bumped up fresh leads to $20+ in the first place.
Totally agree. We have several leads who would never be selected for the position again.
