I have read the book on the history of XRX and Joe Wilson's leadership - very impressive. But, whilst he was an inspirational leader and with revolutionary ideas ahead of his time things have changed massively over the last 60 years. It's very rare to find anyone similar in today's business world - ok someone's probably got a list already.

From all I've heard about Joe Wilson and his relationship with employees, the phrase "spinning in his grave" is all that comes to mind.
