Marketing kicked to the curb!!!

Sad thing about Marketing not getting a raise is not 1 manager took the the time to communicate this, not one took the the time to pull you aside and explain why you were excluded. Instead they all avoid you and treat you like the plague. So sad, I do alot I step up when know one else wants to. Oh well, I'll leave it in gods hands!!!

Your managers don't know what is happening with marketing until home office communicates the information to them. They probably do feel awkward about the situation but they don't make the changes, they are doing what the company directs them to do. It looks to me that managers might be wondering what the next move is themselves, the money for the lead raises has to come from somewhere doesn't it?

Does anyone think that might be an indication of marketing going away if there was no pay increase for leads?

It is a classic force out. Along with no raise my schedule is p--p show. All over the place no block. I am scheduled as a cashier or memerbershop desk. No blizs in months. Still expected to get the businesses though. They want us to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment.

Leaving it in gods hands is a garbage way to look at things. I know that makes you feel better..but it literally keeps you frozen. It's ok to let this motivate you to do something different if you need to
