According to JPMC survey of 122 CIOs responsible for $82 Bn in annual tech spend, they will spend more on MSFT and AWS, will spend less on IBM and Oracle. Foot time to sell oracle stock!

I am extremely surprised by this report. Nobody sees in the market all customers want to cut Oracle expenses....

The survey clearly shows they are going to spend less on oracle and more on MSFT

Most CIOs want to spend less on Oracle -- but the reality is they are locked in to their existing spend. More realistic that Oracle doesn't get any net new $.
