There, I said it in their own words. This company fails in so many ways.
And I continue to be amazed that clients can feel secure with a company whose own employees distrust it so.
Beware of BNY Mellon.

Even worse, I think some employees, because of the unethical abuse to which they have been subjected, tacitly ENJOY any BNY Mellon failures.
This can't be good for clients.
On the custody there is not much choice, but totally agree on the asset management side. I've seen the paperwork on the ADR fiasco, so their recordkeeping is horrible and the customer service leaves you with no confidence they know what they are doing.
