Eliminated departments with the fewest employees: Cash office, Pto, club-pick-up, audit, and whatever they did to claims - I never did get the whole story there.
Then split night shift into mornings and evenings. Moved and/or closed photo and jewelry to merchandising. I hear t-b-cco is closing.
Finally big pay jumps, plus lots and lots of full time jobs.
If I was a betting, I'd bet managers need to worry.

That raise is not coming for free for leads. There will be more responsibilities added. If you think audits s---ed when they gave it to you wait until you see what next. Mgrs being eliminated is prob the next big thing and guess whos going to get those responsibilities and at a lower cost. Carrying keys and getting that big pay boost you didnt actually think they were going to compensate you for all that hard work did you.
