July is the month that has been usually a slow time for rail transport.
NS is going to implement the plan PSR. There will be monitoring in order to adjust the plan. Hopefully there will be no more cuts in forces any where . If there is any cuts it could be on the transportation side. Locomotives will still need to be repaired and inspected.
I guess we'll have to wait until Monday to start the rumors up again. I'm taking bids........ July 1 or 15?

No layoffs for JLS . The shareholders stated that we met our operations ratio but if that wasn't met then plan B was a layoff.
Heard today that they're going to get the top 21 plan up and going then decide by the 15th.
Thought it was the 27th?
Hard to tell if anything said on here is legit anymore, I guess we'll have to wait and see.
