Xerox is so pitiful that it is directing traffic to their You Tube post to get their own views to increase on the page. That’s absolutely ridiculous!

There is a 2000 views on the video, typically you tube gets one comment per 1K view so at most there would be 2 comments. Nonetheless, that video has no comments.

Youtube comments have been broken system wide for awhile now. OP, try switching google accounts and you'll see your comment on that video is not public
If you view the video with your smartphone, swipe up past the videos that are qued up. Comment is there.
