Lot lead ???

Anyone else heard anything more on a supposed lot lead position being created? If so, What block would they be on?

This is the second time I saw this on here... I am very curious about this.

My question is this for overseeing carts or maintenance?

Personally, I don't see the need for a cart lead however for maintenance managing inside & outside the radius of the property by keeping it neat & organized is a lot of work & not many like doing that job considering the nasty garbage, p--p & waste they clean up.

I have seen hardworking maintenance associates (unlike lazy ones) take pride in keeping things clean on the daily basis & for the fact that at Sams Club, I see hard working maintenance workers running around keeping all departments clean & neat for the managers.

Additionally, the managers are calling them to do things in other departments. On hectic days, like visits or the club is busy, all the managers & Team Leads are calling them at the same time for things that need to be done & for the daily c-ap I see them deal with. I say a lead position is long overdue for maintenance.

FYI if you work for a janitorial company typically they pay more than what they currently pay maintenance associates at Sams Club
