I’m a Marketing Team Lead. I’ve been at Sam’s Club for 3 years. I’m very concerned as why we didn’t receive a pay increase. I didn’t get upset, I learn that of what god has for me it’s for me. I feel something is better coming for our Marketing Lead. Continue to your best Marketing Leads. You are in the Position for Reason.

Its because this position isnt gonna be around much longer
If an when Marketing Lead Gets a Raise it should be $20 per hour or more.
I’m surprised other marketing team leads aren’t getting a raise. They told our marketing lead he was going to get a raise.
I’m not in denial, what I’m saying is I don’t care. If they terminate the Marketing position an I always have a back up plan. You’re not safe no where. These Managers better watch out, cause they’re next. Do you actually believe I’m dum crazy or stupid. I play dum just like them. When the time comes an they eliminate Marketing I will have another job. NEXT
After all that has happened in the last couple of years and you are still in denial and it really dont make any difference how good you are at your job. Alot of good workers have been shown the door.

We are going away. It is just a matter of time before it happens. Although we do a lot for the company look at the history of the position. They have gotten rid of it in the past why would it be any different now? Marketing started with several positions and slowly overtime they reduced it or eliminated it. Look at the champ position, s---ed right into casher. How many teams go out during focus week? One, why because we don't have enough people to cover the club. How many marketing personal get told to stay in and help the desk? It is not the direction of HO but of local management due to coverage.
If everyone is being cross trained then it wouldn't be hard to send out a group during focus week (if that will still happen). Just be thankful that it hasn't happened yet. Good luck to all of us no matter your position.

I feel as though if they Get Rid of Marketing Leads. I have enough experience to get any Marketing Job. I bring in 50 plus Renewals Sold in Field, 25 credits per month an 70 new Savings per Month. Our membership base is 101%. On top of that I get Upgrades an Credits During Plus Challenges. So if my Store Gets Rid of me, they are losing a good associate. I’m not worrying at all.
Sorry to say, it doesn't look very promising for marketing.
I'm sure the Audit team, Accounting Lead and PTC's said the same thing. Look at them. GONE
