So...who's pulling orders for club pickup at your club? The merchandisers are suppose to help pull orders as well as stock out pallets under this new format right? How's it working out?

We have 2 merchandiser at 4 am most days and the only thing we have done is pull orders during the time we should be stocking.
Our club , it’s the same people pulling orders, running for orders! Like said before, CPU is busiest Monday thru Friday and that’s when the full time MOS are off. 30-50 orders daily, 15-20 on weekends when they schedule everyone! And now we no longer can use Carts in our staging area, only Flatbeds! We’re supposed to pull small orders in the cart, then put on the shelf in staging area, then put it back in a cart when members pick up! What a waste of time and energy for one of the busiest clubs in our market!
My boss just told me the sweating cart guys need to dispense.
So leave the row of carts, sprint in when a member checks in and help dispense the club pickup. Don’t let your sweat drip in the order and be back out to move the row of carts all in less then 5 min?

At my Club all the 1 to 930 floor associates quit so the night stocking crew tires and maintenance been pulling orders
We are still pulling orders, dispensing, curbside, answering phone calls, . We are drowning because we all work weekends so we have minimum crew during the weekdays when we are busiest and have the largest orders. Weekdays we have 60 to 80 some orders a day.
Just a funny story here.
We have a part timer doing club pick ups until 3pm. She is supposed to work 9 to 3, but shows up randomly but is always gone by 3 or sooner.
Best part here. When she clocks in at the desk she grabs a stack of papers that are meant to be shredded, grabs a shopping cart (or trolley if you prefer), a TC70, grabs a radio but does not turn it on and after that she just does laps around the club.

Same club pick up team pulls as before, I have heard rumors that our t-b-cco people will be switched over to club pick up dispense.
No one is helping club pick with the orders everyone is packing out only.
When was coded as a merchandiser but the same people are pulling orders and yes carts it's also supposed to help as well as us helping them which has not happened yet we are too busy
Same people in our club they were just recoded to merchandise team. If they call in sick then one of the merchandisers or one of the cashiers that comes in at 6 jumps in there and helps. I have seen one of the 4 am mgrs doing it when everyone else is busy.
