They layoff all the hard worker and keep the supervisor and put them on the floor to work , they are the high roller, they do not know how to run the dam mill are bias line , the coworker did they work 8 to 12 hrs a day bent back and forth for the company. 5 men were k–led, it is a real tragedy, maybe if NOV would train there people better, pay better wages so they can get qualified employees this could have been prevented. Mud Engineer probably not the only one asleep in the company.
The arrogance of this company is amazing. Every other company has settled except these guys because they never believe they are wrong . I hope these families get what they deserve, its not their loved ones fault they were mislead. Being asleep was not a coincidence, its typical service.

Years ago I thought it was just the plant I work at that was so dishonest & corrupt! I know now that is corporate wide, the culture is to screw employees & customers. Lie to everyone & deny everything. This corporation is spinning around the toilet bowl & is close to going down the drain!!!!!!!!
