Wow, just wow! Leads and CO’S get raises and the backroom and 4am people are the ones getting sh-- on! Dock a mess, almost like nothing gets put up at night! Trucks not showing up when supposed to!! Am people having to do ALL the work!! Won’t be surprised if more people don’t walk out from being burned out and only second week on this BS schedule!!!!

$15 is the least that backroom associates are paid. That's pretty good compared to the merchandisers who start off at $6211

Oh I’m part time but I been working the 4am shifts.. everyday I stock HBA, hardlines, and electronics. Then when we open they call for runners up to help cashiers. I’ve been running my whole club...
All backroom should of gotten a raise ours did.
Funny thing is, I found the MS Lead job description, and it says MS Leads should be doing the accounting stuff and claims also. I don't think managers know this because they're not training the MS Leads to do that.
Some probably do get paid a higher amount but guess what not all of us do! Thank you.
