Not Florence, but both Huntsville clubs are mess and a half. I'm on the front end, and we barely have 2 registers open, and only 2 door greeters. membership desk has call ins left and right, usually leaving only one person to do all the work. only 2 cart guys actually do their job, the rest ignore carry outs, and sit in their car for 30 minutes to an hour. Front end leads look like chickens with their heads cut off.
Photo has been down for 2 weeks now.
There is hardly anyone on the floor to help members, and front end leads have to help in jewelry because the one in jewelry is on a forklift.
God forbid if your helping a member check out on self-check because management will get on to you for one piece of paper on the floor.
