Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

4th of July

Since we close at 6 on the 4th of July are the associates that work 1-9:30 still working all night or do we get to get off at 6:30 to spend time with our families?

I would Second that.... I will take a point to be with my family also.. I just think the company is so selfish. But always in the media like they care for us and our family but they don't. Bc most of them will be home with there love ones.

And the people that keeps committing that people need to find a new job, most be working in home office are have the day off

You must be joking. The only reason you have a family is so Walmart will have a steady stream of future associates

It’s a job. You work in retail. Don’t like it. Work some where else... in stead of complaining you have stay late to throw away empty boxes. Think of all the other still working: police fireman, emt, fast food, movie theater, military, Walmart, gas station, on and on

You have to ask you manager. It says we have to work, so I'm thinking it's up the each club to decide if they would like to be good to their associates and allow them to leave. If not then I would take my points. My family is #1. I can get another job no problem.
