Local club has not terminated me yet. Was ( i guess i still am) an overnight associate.
Anyone else having a hard time getting terminated and moving on with the severance process?
Any advice?

It's looking like Workday is the issue. So the managers say.

Go into the club and have them terminate you right then. If they refuse, call ethics right in front of them. They tried to pull that sh-- on me, too
Definitely get right on top of it. My CM keyed me out right after I finished working on 6/21 and I got my sign off for my severance check via email the following Monday. Nothing is being processed for you if you're still in the system.
My understanding is that they do this so they can use these hours (payroll) that are needed to give to other associates because we are struggling trying to stock the sales floor. We can not keep up with the hiring process. Freight is piling up in receiving, not enough time to run freight to sales floor or steel. Imagine the nightmare for clubs having inventory....
