SAMS seems to have overplayed their hand with their attitude of if you wanna leave, go ahead--there will be plenty of people lined up to replace you. Not so much. Lots of open positions everywhere. When the unemployment rate is hovering around 3%, you have very slim pickings. Most folks who are unemployed in these times are not your model employees. For the few that are model employees, SAMS is not a particularly desirable destination. What's the attraction: the high starting wage, the ideal workplace environment, the prospects of a growing business to take down Costco and Amazon, the 2% raises you have waiting for you, or is it just the brilliant leadership and compassion being exhibited by our home office???? No need for weekends off, no need for evenings with families--we are perfect for you. Come join us.

All you get with temporary agencies is c-ap. Our auto company did the same thing. So bad. Thieves and troublemakers, very few good workers. A few, but not many.

Time to go in and stand on a cafe table and yell ( It's about time for a union).. And then order a greasy slice of that Sam's pizza...
