Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

I am sent atleast ten emails to the EVP HR about my store here in the midwest and all the managers are still here. All the evidence I sent her must have been deleted, but this person does not care. In a position like that you should be the voice of your employees, not the kunt that collects millions. I see many lawsuits coming from hostile work environment which can easily be proven.

Should probably go to your moms house. Have her make you some soup and then cry on her shoulder about it all before going down to the safe space of her basement.

Check your sent messages folder; messages should still be there. Set up another email account somewhere and forward the messages there or print them.

JW’s job is to protect the company not help you out. HR exists to benefit the company not the employees- follow the money, who pays the HR people, that’s who they are loyal to.

If you still have all the evidence, you need to see a lawyer. HR anywhere is not looking out for us. They are in place to protect the company after your lawyer contacts them. I know it makes no sense but thats the way it works. If you do send an email again, mark it as request receipt, this way you have evidence that you tried to go thru the correct channels.
