This weeks nonsense centers around the enhancing the employee experience by renovating:

paint, lighting, (and I kid you not) the artwork and furniture in the lobbies.
These people are clueless - and some lemmings will lap this cr*p up like thirsty kittens and create blog posts about how great and transparent this is........
Hey Chuck - want to improve our experience? How about, enough with the forced BE ratings, and layoffs. How about sharing some of that tax savings? How about you TAKING LESS and GIVING MORE! HOW BOUT YOU DOING YOUR JOB INSTEAD OF TAKING THE EASY WAY OUT........
And speaking of blog posts - how do some people have so much time in their day to write and comments on these blogs on the internal site? What these lemmings don't realize is all of this fluff around diversity and giving back to communities is a distraction from the real issues at hand. Those things cost next to nothing. Chuck gives you those bread crumbs to keep from you noticing that he is eating a whole sandwich.
