How are those mx voice scores for everyone? Do the members enjoy shopping in the chaos, waiting in the checkout lines, and getting caught up in the processional parade as items are scanned as you leave the exit door?

Members complain it like an oven, Bentonville we are dying in the building really, MX voice if you really cared members pay lord at least take CARE of them this place has gone to hell, a big mess and all while managers sit and hide dont care anymore at all, want to be like Costco well u are way oft on that, take care of your people and members as they have choices Sam's wont last like this another Kmart disaster coming
So how much longer do they get to k--l the employees and have the club look like garbage before the id--ts get the message? Members need to start complaining and leave for some where else where they are happy to have them and they make sure employees are happy to work and take care of them. Nothing will change until the bottom line starts to show these fools what they did. just sayin

Our members say we "look unhappy". Really.
That is why MX voices makes up part of what our Samshare will be. Home Office knows we can't control some of those issues. Less money they have to pay out! Get rid of the runners and open up more registers!!
