So if you apply for a position with the new system do they have to interview everyone who drops down in the Req? Or can they decide and hirt someone before all interviews have been done?

You interview everyone who schedules an interview at your club.
They close before interview are even done. It's just a formality.
They never had to interview everyone in the req. sometimes it’s not even feasible
