Any changes to Verizon Indirect?

Yeah, or we clean up the mess that the "real stores" cause when a customer calls or chats in p-ss-d off over being deceived into a "free" tablet or we have to help restore content because the clueless store rep from the "real store" lost it all and couldn't advise on a simple setup and sync through the Verizon Cloud 🙄
Only id--ts go to "real stores" so they can get slammed with HUMs, jetpacks, accessories, TMP and a whole boatload of other worthless garbage by overpaid con artists posing as retail clerks.
Indirect better staff up so they can take them all over.
