How is anyone going to get audits completed?

Would like to know how you got to keep your audit lead. That would sure help the stress level for floor leads that get everything dumped on them.
Our audit team lead is still doing audits. Working same hours as before even though she’s coded as a foods associate.
hopefully they will do away with audits and move forward with own your inventory like they were supposed to when the audit team was eliminated
Bahahaha, I have two team leads, we usually get them done by the 30th. We come in on our days off, they get OT, manager gets nothing but a hard time.
My fellow merchandise leads (well the other two as the third we don't trust to audit) basically have been coming in on their days off to do them.
Not the solution we need but with our club missing 30+ people it's kind of hard to come up with anything else.
Don't worry though, someday we too will be as hard working and dedicated as the fresh leads and get that $21+ pay grade.
