Team leads at my store just got a 33% raise yet people at the bottom get nothing, what is wrong with this company? 😔

No one should complain on getting a raise... Think about all the people that put years and years in and stuck out all the changes.
Just to even get a raise and now they don’t get anything, because they over the hump. So call yourself lucky, because you didn’t had to work your a.. of to get a raise. It was just given to you for not even a great job performance. Sam’s doesn’t care about long term employees any longer!
The COS s got a raise but they also got accounting and H.R. duties thrown at them with no training ..what is this company thinking..Im going to take the experiance and run with it when they close the doors ..the writing is on the wall
Not all leads got a raise. Merchandisers took on a much larger area and smaller team than overnight had to stock along with getting Management level food handlers permit and getting called in to unlock club as key carriers on day off if your partner calls in.
There was no across the board compensation for this while all fresh team got bumped without any new responsibilities.
My team lead in fresh got 6$ raise, he now is anywhere else besides his department. We have 2 people working in the a.m and 1 closer! Our Dept is so shorthanded yet he is nowhere to help out, tell me how in the world is this good for the company!! And was it worth giving some of these leads that much raise when others are loosing their jobs who actually worked hard to get where they were!!
There will be additional raises coming for associates soon.
While fresh leads just got a $4+ raise in most cases you my good peasant, enjoy your well earned 2% in Feb.
I got my $3.00 raise I need every penny .
Many team leads got nothing. THAT'S WHAT I GOT NOTHING!!
Nevada Fresh Leads(not saying where) for $5.00 an hour pay raise in multiple clubs. This paycheck already showed the increase.

People at "the bottom" received significant raises the last couple of years, sorry if you've only been here a couple of weeks and don't remember making 9.50 2 years ago....
This is company wide, so the answer to your question is an obvious yes.
