Why are they closing most of the wireless call cents by year end? I thought we were there “Golden” employees.

There has been a TON of automation done within the network organization (among others) to deflect call volume to customer service over the last ~2 years.
Verizon won't be happy until everything is outsourced, nobody, anywhere is safe...
Does anyone know what centers?
3rd party call centers are the answers. More outsourcing
