My location is no longer a growth center, and we're on the chopping block. I'm only holding out for the severance package. As soon as they take that away, I'm gone.
It’s like a war and we are in trenches. I work for myself and my team mates, not the company that put us here.
No one I know is proud of this company or what we do. We’re all hoping for some “relief” one way or another, layoff or quit. Until then, our friends make this tolerable.

Are you serious? You think people are proud to have an a c-ap load of work dumped on them, because management want to make cuts? A company who could careless if you drop dead in your chair. Smdh
I'm sorry but being proud of working hard for a company that doesn't give an F about you and will dump you the first chance they get is nothing to be proud of. I know you had good intentions but these words ring pretty hollow
